🪣 How Full Is Your Bucket Today?

Life has a way of adding demands, responsibilities, and stressors to our days. Over time, those things can slowly empty our bucket if we’re not intentional about refilling it.

Take a moment to check in with yourself:

On a scale of 1–10, how full is your bucket right now?

If your bucket has been running low, what is one small thing you can do this week to refill it?

💬 Share below—or take a moment to self-reflect and consider your answer.

Remember, you can’t pour from an empty bucket. Taking care of your own mental and emotional well-being allows you to show up more fully for the people and things that matter most.

If you’ve been thinking about prioritizing your mental health, therapy can be a valuable place to start. Reach out today to learn more about our services or to schedule an appointment.

“Both oars not in the water?”
Be gentle with yourself.

Sometimes life feels unstable, chaotic, and like you’re being pulled in too many directions at once.
You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Let me support you in regrouping, finding steadiness, and getting back in rhythm.

I thought I’d have it figured out by now.

Career.
Relationships.
Confidence.
Direction.

Instead, a lot of young adults are feeling:
• Behind
• Anxious
• Burned out
• Unsure of who they are
• Constantly comparing themselves

Social media makes it look like everyone else is ahead.

They’re not.
They’re just posting the highlight reel.

Your 20s (and even early 30s) aren’t about having it all figured out.
They’re about learning yourself.

Therapy can help you:
• Untangle anxiety
• Build real confidence (not just fake-it confidence)
• Set boundaries
• Heal relationship patterns
• Quiet the “I’m behind” narrative

You don’t have to navigate this season alone.

If adulthood feels heavier than you expected, let’s connect.

Boundaries, please.
It’s okay if it feels uncomfortable.
Do it anyway.

You’re allowed to say no, protect your time, and prioritize your needs.

If setting boundaries makes you anxious, you’re not alone. Many of us were never taught how.

Healthy boundaries support your relationships, confidence, and overall well-being.

If you’re ready to set boundaries without guilt, I’d love to support you.

Remember the childhood phrase:
“What you say to me bounces off of me and sticks to you.”

As adults, there’s actually wisdom in that idea.

Not every criticism, harsh comment, or emotional dump needs to stick to you.

Sometimes people project their stress, pain, or lack of accountability onto others. That doesn’t mean it belongs to you.

Healthy boundaries allow you to acknowledge what’s yours…
and let the rest bounce off instead of sticking like glue.

What helps you let things roll off rather than carry them with you?

Campfires. Lake views. Patio nights. Bike rides ☀️

Part of my summer self-care recipe.

For some, adding therapy might be the missing ingredient.

Life can move so fast.
It’s easy to slip into autopilot.

But slowing down and being present in the moment can be incredibly healing.

When you find yourself in a moment of silence…
what do you do with it?

Share in the comments, or take a quiet moment for self-reflection.

Love yourself…

You tell everyone else:
“Give yourself grace.”
“It’s okay to rest.”
“You’re doing the best you can.”

But what do you tell yourself?

Self-love isn’t a switch you flip.
It begins with compassion.

And compassion starts with noticing the way you speak to yourself.

Noticing the judgment.
The pressure.
The impossible standards.

It’s not easy work.
But it is possible.

If you’re ready to develop a softer, more grounded relationship with yourself — I’m here to help.

Ever scroll and suddenly feel behind?

Like everyone else:
• Has more friends
• Looks better
• Is more confident

Comparison is loud.

But what you see online is a highlight reel — not the full story.

If social media is messing with your confidence, you’re not dramatic. You’re human.

Comparison is the thief of joy.

Therapy can help you:
• Build real self-esteem
• Feel more secure in who you are
• Stop tying your worth to likes or approval
• Manage anxiety and overthinking

You are more than your Instagram.
