𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗘𝗜) | 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝟬–𝟯

Every child deserves the strongest possible start. Our Early Intervention (EI) program supports infants and toddlers (ages 0–3) who may be experiencing developmental delays or challenges.

We partner closely with families, providing services in the settings where children feel most comfortable—at home or within the community. Through guided play and individualized support, we help children build essential skills during these critical early years.

We Support:
• Developmental milestones and overall growth
• Communication and language skills
• Motor development

Our Approach:
• Family-centered care and collaboration
• Play-based, developmentally appropriate learning
• Home and community-based visits

Our goal is to empower families with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support their child’s development every step of the way.

If you have questions about your child’s development, Aspire Health is here to help guide you toward the right support.

We partner with parents, caregivers, and children to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and build the tools needed to navigate challenges with confidence.

We Support Families With:
• Behavioral challenges
• Family conflict
• Trauma-related responses
• School-related difficulties

Our Family-Centered Approach Includes:
• Family therapy sessions
• Parent coaching and skill-building
• Individual sessions for youth
• Crisis intervention and stabilization support

Our goal is to empower families, foster resilience, and create lasting stability—right where it matters most.

If your family could benefit from in-home behavioral health support, Aspire Health is here to walk alongside you.

Healing happens best in a supportive community. Discovery Day Treatment (DDT) offers structured, therapeutic support during the day—while allowing you to remain connected to your home, family, and personal responsibilities in the evenings.

Our program is designed for individuals who would benefit from consistent clinical care and peer connection without the need for inpatient treatment.

Program Features:
• Group therapy and facilitated peer support
• Life skills and wellness workshops
• A structured pathway toward stability and recovery

Program Benefits:
• Consistent, structured daily support
• A welcoming peer community
• Flexibility to return home each evening

At Aspire Health, we are committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care that supports your goals and strengthens your journey toward wellness.

If you or someone you care about may benefit from day treatment services, we are here to help guide you forward.

Aspire Health proudly operates two Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) programs, supporting approximately 335 individuals across the community through referral from the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH).

ACCS is designed to provide comprehensive, community-based support for adults living with significant mental health challenges. • Peer Specialists
• Substance Use Counselors

Program Focus:
• Enhanced clinical support
• Skills development for independent living

𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 (𝗕𝗛𝗨𝗖)

When you need timely support for mental health or substance use concerns, our Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) is here to help.

BHUC serves as a vital bridge for individuals experiencing urgent — but not crisis-level — needs, offering a safe, compassionate clinical alternative to a hospital emergency department. In a calm and supportive environment, our team provides prompt assessment, stabilization, and guidance to help you take the next step toward care.

Immediate Support Includes:
• Same-day access to care
• Urgent evaluation and triage
• Substance use bridge care

We Help You Move Forward With:
• Referrals to appropriate treatment
• Personalized safety planning
• Warm hand-offs to ongoing supports

Our goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and connected to the right level of care.

𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲: BHUC provides urgent care and support, not crisis services. Individuals requiring emergency care should contact a crisis team or visit the nearest emergency department.

Aspire Health’s Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) is a state-designated program providing comprehensive, coordinated behavioral health services in one convenient location.

We understand that navigating multiple systems during a mental health or substance use crisis can feel overwhelming. Our CBHC is designed to simplify access to care—offering immediate assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing treatment through an integrated, regional hub model.

Our Services Include:
• Same-Day or Next-Day Appointments
• Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI)
• Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS)
• Clinic-Based and Urgent Behavioral Health Care

We Serve:
• Individuals experiencing mental health crises
• Individuals with substance use needs
• All ages
• All insurance types

Our crisis services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whenever possible, we provide care in the community to promote safety, dignity, and continuity—while helping to reduce unnecessary emergency room visits.

If you or someone you care about needs support, help is available at any time.
