Providence Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! 💚

As an RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA treatment plans, build communication, social, play, and daily living skills, and celebrate meaningful progress along the way!

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children build significant skills through positive reinforcement and individualized teaching strategies. In other words, we meet children where they are and help them gain the skills they need to become more confident and independent. One small victory at a time!

At Providence Pediatric Therapy, we provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children ages 2–18. Through individualized treatment, our team works to foster growth in communication, social interactions, behavior, play, and daily living skills in a caring and supportive environment.
