Everyone is talking about GLP-1 injections. But your body already makes this hormone every time you eat.

Join Dr. Scott Saunders TODAY, Wednesday, October 21 at 2:00 PM Eastern for a live look at how to boost your own GLP-1 naturally, with food and habits you can start tomorrow.

Here is what we will cover:

- How your body makes GLP-1 and why it is only active for a minute or two

- Why the injections work so differently

- The fibers, proteins, and fats that keep your GLP-1 going for hours

- Simple habits like how you order your meal and a short walk afterward

- A realistic "start here" plan

Bring your questions. Dr. Saunders will answer them live.

Not all walks are created equal. A leisurely stroll is good for you, but a brisk pace gives your heart more of a workout.

Here's how to tell if you're there:
✅ The talk test: you can carry on a conversation, but you couldn't sing.
✅ The pace: about 3 miles per hour.
✅ The effort: about a 3 or 4 out of 10.

Already finding it easy? Add a hill, pick up the pace, or swing your arms with purpose.

Which test will you try first: TALK, PACE or EFFORT?

Here's one of the easiest heart-healthy habits there is: a 10-minute walk after dinner.

When you walk after a meal, your muscles use glucose for fuel. That may help steady blood sugar and insulin levels, which matters for your heart, too. Keep the pace easy. Hard exercise right after eating can cause cramping.

Bonus: two 10-minute after-meal walks add up to your 20 minutes for the day.

"Just walk 20 minutes a day" sounds simple, until walking to the end of the driveway feels like a lot.

Dr. Scott Saunders has a gentler way to start: take one step after another. Walk to the next room. When that feels easy, walk across the house. Then to the mailbox. Then down the street. Little by little, those short trips add up.

Which step are you on right now? Comment 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. No judgment, just a starting point. 💚

Ever felt defeated by the 10,000-steps-a-day goal? Here's some good news.

That number didn't come from medical research. It came from a 1960s marketing campaign for a Japanese pedometer. Today's research tells a much more encouraging story: about 7,000 steps a day was linked to a 47% lower risk of death compared to 2,000 steps, and even going from 2,000 to 4,000 helped.

So if 10,000 felt out of reach, let it go. Every step counts.

What if one of the best things you could do for your heart was free, needed no equipment, and took less time than a TV episode?

Research links a brisk daily walk to healthier blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar, and to a longer life. And you don't need hours. About 20 minutes a day gets you most of the way there.

Here's what happens inside your body when you walk, and how to make every minute count 👇
