Maybe he isn’t "difficult." Maybe he’s just drowning.

We talk about depression like it’s a heavy blanket. But for many men? It looks like a 60-hour work week. It looks like snapping at the kids over a dropped fork. It looks like a fuse burned down before the coffee even hits.

It’s the hidden face of the struggle. We label it "ambition," but your body knows the difference: the jaw that won’t unclench, the shallow breath, the internal engine redlining while others just see a "hard worker."

Maybe God is nudging you toward a pause because He knows your tank is on empty.

Healing doesn't have to look like a quiet retreat. Sometimes it starts with admitting the "busyness" is actually a cry for help. Strength isn't carrying weight until you break; it’s the courage to set it down for a second.

Our movement is mental. We’re here to help you regulate, recharge, and reclaim your peace. 🦦🔌🪷🗣️

Grind culture lied to us. It told us that "always on" was the only way to provide, the only way to win, and the only way to be a man. But white-knuckling your way through the day isn't strength: it’s a slow leak.

I’m talking about that physical tension in your jaw, the short breath when the emails pile up, the "busyness" that masks the burn. That’s not high performance; that’s survival mode.

Real power is Tactical Calm. It’s the ability to move out of fight-or-flight and back into your body. Maybe God isn’t asking you to push harder right now? Maybe He’s asking you to steward the temple He gave you by actually regulating your system.

Regulation isn't soft. It’s a tactical advantage. When you’re regulated, you lead better, you love better, and you actually see the field clearly.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, we’re reclaiming the "Crazy" label. It’s not crazy to need a reset. It’s [maintenance].

We accept all major insurance and offer HIPPA-compliant video counseling. Let’s get you back to 100.

Postpartum teaches you real quick: Help and Support aren’t the same thing. 🦦

Help is practical: dishes, laundry, diapers. We NEED that. But Support? That’s different. Support is someone looking you in the eye and saying, “I’m here for the version of you that doesn’t have it together.” It’s validation for the mental storm and those intrusive thoughts.

Help lightens the load. Support holds the person.

Our movement is mental, even in the nursery. Maybe you’re walking just to regulate your nervous system. Maybe [maintenance] isn't just for your car: it’s for your soul. Maybe God is working through the people He sent to hold you.

At That’s Crazy, we’re here to shift the stigma. You aren’t crazy; you’re human. We offer therapy for mothers and families so you don’t carry this alone. 🔌🪷

Let’s talk about the F word. No, not that one. The "Systemic F."

I see you, Mama. Running on fumes, trying to "snap back" while your nervous system is literally screaming for a minute of silence. You think you’re failing because you can’t "do it all"? Maybe: just maybe: it’s not you. Maybe the system was never designed for you to win.

We’re expected to work like we don't have kids and parent like we don't have jobs. Between the lack of paid leave and the disappearing "village," you aren't just tired; you're being unsupported. That’s not a personal failure; that’s a policy failure.

Postpartum burnout, the anxiety that keeps you up when the baby is finally asleep, the weight of the "invisible load": it’s real. And you aren't "crazy" for feeling it. God didn't design us to carry the weight of the world solo.

At That’s Crazy, we’re shifting the stigma. Healing starts when we stop blaming ourselves for struggling in a broken system. Our movement is mental. It’s about [maintenance] and reclaiming your peace without apology.

Throw your hood up. You aren't alone in this. 🦦

I spent a long time thinking my mind was a battlefield I had to win alone. Like if I prayed hard enough, the noise would just… stop. But the truth? Maintenance isn't a sign of weakness; it's an act of worship. 🦦

Fellas, we’re out here providing, protecting, and holding it down, but who’s holding the space for you? We take the car for the oil change. We hit the reps to keep the frame solid. But what about the nervous system? What about the weight you’re carrying that doesn't have a barbell attached to it? 🔌

Maybe God is inviting you into a different kind of strength. The kind that admits when the fuel is low. Therapy is just stewardship of the mind. It’s taking care of the gift so you can actually show up for the people you love.

Our movement is mental. It’s about shifting that "crazy" label and realizing that getting help is the most tactical move you can make.

We’re making it easy. We accept all major insurance and offer video counseling through a secure host. You don't even have to leave the crib. Just you and the work. 🪷

We’ve been taught that being a "provider" is all about the check, the house, and the security. But look, what good is a full fridge if the man sitting at the table is empty? 🦦

For a long time, I thought if I worked until I was hollow, I was doing it right. I was "providing." But I’ve learned that the most valuable thing I can give my family isn’t just a roof: it’s a regulated father. It’s a husband whose nervous system isn’t on fire. It’s being able to come home, drop the shoulders, and actually be present instead of just physically there. 🔌

Rebranding the "provider" role means realizing that your emotional health is the ultimate provision. When you do the work: when you sit in that chair and talk through the noise: you’re providing safety. You’re providing a legacy of healing that money can't buy.

It’s okay to need a tune-up. We make it easy: we accept all major insurance and offer video counseling so you can do the work from wherever you’re at.

Maybe the strongest thing you’ll ever do isn’t carrying the load alone, but finally putting it down to breathe. 🪷

Running on high alert isn't a badge of honor, it’s a slow leak. 🪫

We’ve been told that "the hustle" is the only way to the bag, but let’s be real: how many of your best decisions were made while your chest was tight and your breath was shallow?

Regulation is the real revenue.

When we shift out of that fight-or-flight state, we stop reacting and start responding. We see the pivots before they’re necessary. We lead with clarity instead of chaos. Shifting the entrepreneurial state from hustle to calm isn't just "self-care": it's a business strategy.

We're normalizing these conversations everywhere, especially in the office. Your nervous system shouldn't have to stay at the door when you clock in.

Maybe God is waiting for you to breathe so He can finally give you the blueprint? It’s so dope to me that we can create from a place of peace instead of panic. Maybe the breakthrough isn't in another hour of work. Maybe it’s in the exhale. 🦦

Join us for our next workshop on Regulating for Revenue. Let’s get your system right so the scale can follow.

You ever sit in the parking lot and just... exhale? 🚗💨 You’re leaving "Mom" in the car because the office expects a robot.

That’s the Professional Mask. We hide the 3 AM wake-ups and the school alerts because we’re scared of being labeled "distracted" or "unreliable." Maybe it’s a trauma response to cultures that value output over humanity? But listen: performing like you don’t have a life outside those walls is a one-way ticket to burnout. 📉

Our movement is mental. We’re out here normalizing mental health conversations in the office because you shouldn’t have to hide the best parts of your soul to be respected. God didn’t design you for fragments; He designed you for wholeness.

If you’re feeling heavy under that mask today, prioritize some [maintenance]. Take the walk. Breathe. Let the bass meet your breath and remind you that you’re still in there.

That’s Crazy, right? To think we can actually be human at work? 🦦🪷🔌

Everybody talks about the first 3 months. The diapers, the sleeplessness, the adrenaline. But nobody warns you about the 12-month wall.

For many dads, the crash doesn't happen at the hospital. It happens when the novelty wears off and the weight of “forever” settles in your bones. It’s that delayed postpartum struggle: a short fuse, an obsession with work, or just feeling like an empty tank expected to be the engine.

Maybe God isn’t testing your strength, but showing you where your power ends and His begins?

I’ve been there. The "I’m fine" that’s a lie. Regulation is stewardship. You can't pour from a cup that’s been dry since the first birthday party.

Partners, look for:
- Withdrawing into tasks or the gym
- Irritability or anger
- Loss of interest in hobbies
- Fatigue sleep won't fix

Our movement is mental. Don’t white-knuckle this alone. We accept all major insurance and offer HIPAA-compliant video counseling.

Ever look at old photos and not recognize that girl? 🦦 They talk about the "snap back" but ignore the 59% identity shift. Becoming a mother often means grieving the woman you used to be: the one who could leave in 5 minutes or had hobbies outside of nap schedules. Maybe it’s not just "tired." Maybe it’s the weight of a new soul sitting on an old identity that hasn’t been laid to rest. If you feel like you’re losing yourself, you aren’t "crazy." You’re in [maintenance]. This shift is heavy. It’s okay to name the loss while holding the gain. Our movement is mental. 🪷🔌 We help you navigate the "before" and "after." Our therapy for moms normalizes these hard conversations. You don’t have to do this alone. DM us or check the link in bio.
