Eight Monday evenings. Over 170 people. One summer I will never forget. 🌊✨

From our very first class to our final send-off, you showed up — week after week — and helped create something truly special. I am so incredibly grateful for every one of you.

Thank you to The Owenego for the most beautiful backdrop, to my daughters, Kendra and Camryn, for running check-in each week, and to Jimmy for making it all happen behind the scenes. It truly takes a village.

The Summer of Joyful Living series may be wrapped, but the practice continues — sunset meditation cruises, Reiki sessions, and private yoga are all available year round. Link in bio for details.

Class #6 of Summer of Joyful Living moved through Loving Kindness, hands opening at the heart as the light turned gold over the Sound at Owenego. There’s so much to be grateful for in a moment like that: this spectacular place, the people who keep showing up to share it, and the chance it gives all of us to connect — with each other, and with ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who was there.

🌧️ Well, it's been a soggy one today and tonight isn't looking any better — so we're cancelling this evening's outdoor yoga class.

We are adding a makeup class on Monday, August 3rd, so if you registered for a single class for tonight, you are welcome to use your class credit for any of the remaining classes this season.

Happy Father's Day to every father, step-father, grandfather, and father figure being celebrated today — the ones who showed up, who taught us, who loved us in their own particular way. 🤍

We also know this day isn't simple for everyone. For some, it brings up distance, loss, or a complicated history — and that's real too. Wherever you are with it this year, however you're feeling, that's okay.
