Ct Hospice shared the decision to close the community pool early was not an easy one to make, but ultimately safety was the deciding factor.
The pool, first installed during the 1950s, unexpectedly required major repairs that could not be completed before the end of the season. It is unfortunate timing for all who enjoyed the pool but there is always next season.
