Someone I deliver to cut me some of their gorgeous Calla Lillie’s. I have never seen purple ones, only the traditional white ones. These are absolutely stunning and have been on display in my office for the past week.

My prayer plant (maranta leuconeura) has flowered!!!! This is a sign of “excellent health” and that I “successfully mimic its native rainforest habitat”. Indoors, these plants only bloom when given consistent warmth, high humidity and bright indirect sunlight. A little love and attention to detail goes a long way. My plants are something I enjoy and love to tend to, but they do require a lot of attention and care. Most of my other ones don’t really require more than watering once a week and some sunlight, so this plant has been a challenge to care for. I researched its needs and tried to give it everything it required. Now that it’s doing well-it needs a name! What are some good plant names I can consider?!
