The end of the school year is almost here, and for a lot of families it brings up the question they've been putting off all year... "Should we actually look into therapy this summer?"
If that's you, here's what you should know: I have new counseling spots open right now, including after school times that are available before summer even officially begins.
I work with tweens, teens, and twenty-somethings in Branford, CT (in-person) and anywhere in CT or NY (telehealth). My approach is DBT-informed, HAES-informed, and LGBTQI+ affirming, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-harm, low self-esteem, and identity.
Summer has a way of creating space that the school year never does. This could be the summer that actually changes things for the better.
Ready to get started? Here's how it works:
Step 1: Fill out a short counseling application → mallorygrimste.com/contact
Step 2: Dominique will reach out to schedule your phone screening and get you on my calendar
These spots tend to fill quickly, and after school times are going now, before summer even officially starts, so if this feels like the right fit, I recommend submitting your application soon.
With gratitude,
💛 Mallory
