Some amazing thoughts

The enemy uses chaos and temptation.

But he also uses convenience.

He’ll keep you inflamed, distracted, and depleted just long enough that you stop hearing God clearly…and stop caring that you don’t.

Here’s the truth we so often miss: Our spiritual strength is deeply impacted by our physical habits.

👉 When we set aside our phone and pick up Scripture instead, we’re saying “no” to distraction, and “yes” to presence with the Lord.
👉 When we take the time to cook a meal...even with the mess, the effort, the extra steps...we’re choosing to honor the body we’ve been entrusted with.
👉 When we prioritize sleep and rest over late-night scrolling, we allow our nervous system to reset, our minds to think clearly, and our spirit to be renewed.

The physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of healing are deeply connected.

And we’ve been called to care for each one.
