☀️ let’s bring your wellness to the top of the list before a crisis happens
☀️ this will mean not doing some of the things you’re doing in order to start the exercise and the early bedtimeand the healthy meal prep and time spent noticing and nurturing your emotions and mindset
☀️ our lives can be shorter than we want them to… And if we’re not paying attention to our basic health habits, we may run out of time to do anything else
