💚 October 12: Know When You’re Running Low

We usually notice when our phone battery is getting low.

We’re not always as quick to notice it in ourselves.

Shorter patience.
Trouble concentrating.
Pulling away from people.
Skipping recovery routines.
Feeling like one more thing might be too much.

Those can be signals, not failures.

Learning your warning signs gives you an opportunity to respond before empty becomes overwhelmed.

Rest. Reconnect. Pray. Call your Sponsor or Accountability Partner. Return to the tools that help you recharge.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 💜

Domestic violence can affect people from every background and walk of life, and sometimes the struggles happening behind closed doors are the ones no one else can see.

At Celebrate Recovery Global, we believe no one should have to walk through pain, fear, or brokenness alone. There is hope. There is healing. There is support. And there are safe people who are ready to walk alongside you.
