A tight muscle in one person can (and probably will) respond or feel differently than that same tight muscle in a other person. Every body is different.

I’m using my education & training as the springboard for your massage, but relying on information and feedback from you to tailor the session for your specific needs.

Becoming aware of and learning to differentiate between pain and discomfort helps you get the most out of your massage time.
