Greetings Love,
One of my favorite things to tell myself is:
I will know everything I need to know when I need to know it.
I find myself returning to this phrase whenever fear gets loud.
When I'm worried about the future and can't see the path ahead.
When I find myself living ten steps in front of my life, trying to solve problems that don't exist yet.
Fear loves to convince us that if we just think hard enough, worry long enough, or plan thoroughly enough, we'll finally feel safe and avoid suffering.
But I have found the opposite to be true.
The more I leave myself and chase certainty into the future, the less access I have to the wisdom available to me right now.
When I notice myself spiraling, the most powerful thing I can do is come home.
Not home to a place.
Home to myself.
Back to my body.
Back to the reality of this moment.
Back to the wise system that is carrying me through life whether I remember to trust it or not.
The irrefutable simple truths.
I come back to my breath.
To the steady rhythm of my heart.
To the spirit that animates this beautiful, messy human life.
I come back to the truth that I am here.
Held by something larger than my fears.
From that place, the urgency softens. The noise quiets. The next step often reveals itself.
I think so much of our suffering comes from trying to know things that cannot yet be known.
We demand certainty from a future that hasn't arrived.
Meanwhile, the wisdom of this moment waits patiently for our attention.
What if the knowing you're searching for isn't somewhere ahead of you—but already living quietly inside you, waiting for you to come home?
If you find yourself caught in loops of anxiety, overthinking, indecision, or fear about what's next, you're not alone. This is often the work beneath the work.
Learning how to return to yourself. Learning how to trust your body, your inner knowing, and your connection to something greater than fear.
If you're ready to cultivate that kind of trust - body, heart, and spirit. Get in touch. I've made it easy. The button below will take you to my website or you can reply to this message.
When you're ready, let's talk.
Fierce Love,
WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
❤️🔥BODYWORK - COME HOME TO YOURSELF
This isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about homecoming.
Through intuitive, healing touch, I listen with my hands to what your body needs in order to feel whole.
My work moves beyond muscles into the deeper layers of what’s underneath the pain, helping you release what’s held, reclaim what’s yours, and return to yourself in a profound way.
Clients often describe it as long-lasting, soul-level healing—not just a massage.
❤️🔥BREATHWORK - THE POWER OF BREATH
Your breath is the ultimate life hack. In just minutes, it can shift you from reactivity into response - ability. Out of spiraling emotions and back into clarity, calm, and presence.
Breathwork lowers anxiety, softens stress in the body, and restores your power to respond rather than react.
In guided sessions, we go deeper—safely meeting trauma, inviting transformation, and cultivating a grounded sense of who you are that lasts long after the practice ends.
Available one-on-one or in group sessions, in-person or online.
❤️🔥SEX, LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP COACHING - THE BRIDGE TO LOVE
Maybe you’re exhausted from doing all the “right” things and still ending up alone, misunderstood, or unfulfilled.
I help you trade drama for depth, confusion for clarity, and “is this all there is?” for “holy hell, this feels good.”
Together, we’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be—into relationships that are nourishing, honest, s*xy, and real.
And yes, sometimes that means going from tears to laughter, from heartbreak to holy fire, from lonely nights to swinging-from-the-chandelier mornings.
Available in-person and remotely.
❤️🔥FACILITATOR OF EROTIC AND SACRED SPACE
I create immersive, carefully held experiences where people can breathe, feel, learn, and remember what it means to be fully alive.
From corporate breathwork and nervous-system reset sessions to intimate salons on s*xuality, rites of passage, and group ritual, these gatherings are designed to be safe, provocative, and deeply human.
This is ceremony for modern life — grounded, embodied, and exquisitely curated.
