When we began this journey, we didn’t know exactly what the future would hold. We simply knew we wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. We believed that helping someone hear better meant helping them reconnect with their spouse, their children, their grandchildren, their friends, and the moments that matter most.
Over the years, we have celebrated incredible successes and endured challenges that tested us in ways we never imagined. We have experienced growth, setbacks, uncertainty, and triumph. There were moments when the road felt impossible, yet every obstacle became an opportunity to learn, improve, and become stronger.
What makes this journey truly special is not the number of years. It is the thousands of lives we have been privileged to touch along the way. Every patient who trusted us, every family who welcomed us into their story, every employee who became part of our mission, and every community that supported us helped build what Padgett Hearing Aid Center is today.
As owners, we are proud of what we have accomplished. But more than that, we are grateful.

Nine years later, our mission remains the same: to help people hear better, live better, and stay connected to the people they love.
