After trying A LOT of treatments, I know exactly what I keep coming back to.

Because maintaining your skin isn’t about chasing every new treatment. It’s about finding the treatments that actually work for you and building a plan you can stick with.

Here’s what’s in my annual treatment plan:

- Tox every 4 to 5 months: Daxxify is my go-to because I love the results and how glowy my skin looks afterward.
- Filler every 6 to 12 months: Volume loss becomes more noticeable as we age, so I focus on subtle maintenance rather than overcorrection. For me, 1 to 2 syringes a year is typically enough.
- Microneedling: One of my favorites for improving overall skin quality with minimal downtime. I also love adding PDGF to support the healing and regenerative process.
- Laser resurfacing once a year: I don’t love downtime, but I do believe resurfacing is an important part of maintaining skin quality as we age. I love that Sciton treatments can be customized to my skin and goals.
- Medical-grade skincare every single day because what you do at home matters. Your skincare routine helps protect and maintain the investment you’re making in your treatments.

Summer sun is unavoidable... but the sun damage doesn’t have to be.

Daily SPF is non-negotiable, but if you really want to protect your skin, sunscreen is only part of the equation.
