listen, starting therapy IS scary. You’re getting to know a new person, you’re telling them things that you may not have told anybody else before, and you’re trying to have hope about something that you haven’t had hope in before. BUT my goal is to make it feel like you’re actually building a connection with a real person.

Plot twist: this is your therapist. 👋

Before there was an office, degrees, or specializations, there was the kid trying to figure out loud thoughts in an even louder world.

That’s why I do this work; I know exactly how heavy the mask can get. Therapy can feel intimidating, but the reality is that it’s an invitation for you to learn tools that help you get to know that kiddo inside of you and live your most authentic, fulfilling life.

I think that kid turned out pretty great btw 🫶

What would you add to your holiday checklist?

See you in the office in 2026 🤍

just because something isn't "absolute" (i.e. defined or tangible), doesn't mean that you didn't experience real emotions because of it. but what do i mean by that?
- just because you can't point to a specific event doesn't mean you don't experience grief
- just because you have good things happening around you doesn't mean you can't feel sad
- just because you feel uncertain in the cultural climate doesn't mean you can't celebrate your wins

maybe we can't see what you're going through, but that doesn't mean you aren't going through it. and that's okay. 🤍😌☕️
