If you have been around the office lately, you’ve probably heard Dr Will talk about his apple trees. He has been so excited and proud to watch them grow, and yesterday was a very special day- he finally got to pick his apples.
There is something pretty special about enjoying the fruits of your own hard work, and Dr Will was certainly proud of his harvest. To celebrate, we enjoyed some homemade apple crisp tonight after dinner.
We hope you enjoy seeing a little glimpse into what’s been going on outside of the office. When you see him, be sure to ask him about his apple trees-you’ll get a very enthusiastic update.

🚨 Vacation Alert! 🚨

We're here and adjusting ALL NEXT WEEK (7/27-7/31), so if your back has been sending you strongly worded complaints or your DOT medical card is about to expire, now's the time to get on the schedule! 😉

Then we'll be closed the following week (8/3-8/7) while we sneak away to our favorite place—Northeast Harbor. 🌊⚓ A little salt air is good for the soul!

We'll be back in the office: (8/10-8/13)

All of a sudden Piper has been on a barking streak while we are working. Most of you have probably heard her while you are in the office. She barks to get us upstairs to throw her “baby” so she can chase it and squeak it. We are working on her being less demanding…. Wish us luck. (baby is behind her)

Well… winter understood the assignment. ❄️

If you’ve recently wrestled a snow shovel and lost, you’re not alone. Every year the snow looks light and fluffy — right up until you try to move it. Suddenly your back files a formal complaint.

Before you start negotiating with your heating pad, remember: we’re here all week (but not Wednesday) to undo what your driveway just did to you. Tight shoulders? Tweaky low back? That “I’m never shoveling again” stiffness? We’ve got you.

Meanwhile, Bailey and Piper are snoozing peacefully and dreaming of spring — sunny grass, warm breezes, treats and absolutely zero snow shovels. Honestly, they might be the smartest ones in the building.

Shovel smart (bend those knees, not your spine), take breaks, and if your back starts staging a protest, give us a call. We’re happy to help you get back to feeling human again.

Stay warm — and pace yourself out there. 🥶❄️☃️
