This week our Cooking Club made Smores cake in a crock pot. Its fun to share our talents with others as they enjoy the treat as well. Residents read the recipe, broke up the graham crackers, mixed the cake batter, layered the ingredients, then sampled the yummy snack. We appreciate our cooking club.

Are We There Yet, our September Theme was celebrated in grand style yesterday. We took the Square residents to join the Assisted Living and Independant Living residents in touring and tasting other countries. It started with marking a country we had visited on a HUGE map, getting a passport, tasting a food from each country and ended with a reminisce session. We have many residents that are WORLD travelers and they said, the tour today was "marvelous"! Several residents that attended are not pictured. Here are some of the pictures we took on our tour.
