Had a wonderful day visiting Johnson City, TN, connecting with incredible healthcare leaders who are shaping the future of medicine, discussing how the TMF can help care for their clinicians and trainees.

Highlights from today's visits:

-Met with the Graduate Medical Education (GME) leadership team at the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine to discuss resources for residents and faculty.

-Connected with the team at State of Franklin Healthcare Associates (SOFHA) about mental health and wellbeing support.

-Caught up with my colleague, Dr. Clay Runnels, Chief Physician Executive at Ballad Health and Immediate Past President of the Tennessee Medical Foundation (TMF).

It is always inspiring to discuss ongoing initiatives that bridge clinical excellence, workforce development, and physician wellness. Thank you to everyone in Johnson City for the warm welcome and deep commitment to elevating healthcare professional health across the state.
