Under eye hollowing isn't always about volume loss in the under eye itself.

For this patient, dryness and hollowing were the main concerns. But the real story was happening in the mid and lateral cheek, where ligament support naturally weakens over time. This is especially common for those with fair, thin skin.
We used PRP to rebuild that foundation first. Small, targeted amounts were then placed directly under the eye, only where needed.

This is what proper under eye correction looks like. Not just filling a hollow, but restoring what was actually lost.

Stimulation results will continue to build over the next 8 weeks. We will be checking in with this patient then to see the full effect.

We chose dermal filler over Botox here because this client needed both structural correction and surface smoothing. Filler gave us the ability to add projection, define the cervicomental angle, and smooth the mentalis texture all in one appointment, something Botox alone cannot achieve.

• The dimpling, gone. When the mentalis muscle overworks itself it creates texture on the chin, filler placed precisely beneath the surface smooths it out completely.
• The side profile, projected and defined. Suddenly the whole face has a focal point it was missing.
