๐ Happiness can feel distant when youโre living with depression, but support can help you find your way forward.
During Happiness Happens Month, itโs important to recognize that happiness isnโt about forcing yourself to feel positive. For someone experiencing depression, progress may look like getting out of bed, connecting with someone you trust, building one healthy habit, or asking for professional support.
Depression can affect mood, motivation, energy, relationships, and the way we see ourselves. With appropriate treatment and support, however, people can learn strategies to manage symptoms, strengthen connections, and work toward a healthier quality of life.
This August, letโs make room for every version of happiness, including the small victories that others may never see.
If youโre struggling, you donโt have to navigate it by yourself. Support is available, and even the smallest step toward healing matters. ๐
