Meet Monica Franzetti, RN, BSN | Aesthetic Nurse Injector

With nearly 7 years of experience in advanced injecting and plastic surgery, Monica brings an experienced, detail-oriented approach to every patient she treats. Prior to aesthetics, she began her nursing career in Labor & Delivery after earning her nursing degree from Duke University.

She specializes in full-face balancing, lower-face toxin treatments, biostimulating injectables, and corrective work including dissolving and restoring facial balance. Her approach is thoughtful and intentional, with an emphasis on never rushing treatments and creating natural, refined results that still feel like you.

Originally from the Seattle area, Monica attended Ole Miss for undergrad before Duke for nursing school. Outside of REGEN Society, she’s a wife to Warren, mama to Josie + Ford, and dog mom to their long-haired dachshund, Edley. She loves traveling, cooking + baking, a good yap session, and will never turn down a spicy margarita.
