This has been something I’ve been quietly working on for a long time, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you.

The heart behind your treatments isn’t changing… but choosing them is about to get so much easier. 🤍

One of the greatest joys of this work is that no two faces, no two bodies, and no two people ever need the exact same thing. That’s why every treatment at Skin & Soul has always been, and will always be, completely customized to you.

Together, we’ll look at your goals, what’s showing up in your skin, how your body is holding tension, and create a treatment that feels exactly right for that day.

Over the last few years, I’ve completely fallen in love with facial massage, sculpting, and lymphatic drainage. It’s become the soul of my practice and the work that lights me up the most. So instead of saving those techniques for only certain appointments, they’re now thoughtfully woven throughout every facial I offer.

That means you no longer have to wonder, “Should I book this one or that one?”

Instead, you’re simply choosing how much time you’d like to spend on my table and the investment that feels best for you. From there, we create something beautiful together.

My hope is that this new menu feels simpler, softer, and takes away the pressure of trying to choose the “right” treatment. You just come as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest.

I truly can’t wait to share this next chapter of Skin & Soul with all of you. Thank you for trusting me with your skin, your stories, and your nervous systems. It is such an honor to care for you. 🤍

Product lines I LOVE as an aesthetician: 💚

1. Circadia. My personal fav. Barrier focused. Always using the science of the body’s circadian rhythm as a map in building their formulas. Products that protect and defend against UV damage, pollution and free-radicals. Great results both in the treatment room and at home.

2. Bio-therapeutic. Made specifically for professionals, backed by science, never falling into “trendy skincare.”

3. Farmacy Beauty. Science and nature are stronger together. Love a brand that believes in both. Farm to face skincare.

We work within an industry that divides aestheticians by categories like “fluff” and “medical grade,” and I chose to unsubscribe to that narrative when building Skin and Soul. There’s room for a little bit of everything. 🩵💚
