Yesterday, our Activities team transformed the day into a themed "Water Park" experience filled with laughter, smiles, and plenty of fun. A special shoutout to Jenn, our Activities Director, and her amazing team for always going above and beyond to create memorable moments for our residents.

A day we'll never forget. ❤️

Today, we celebrated one of the most meaningful milestones in Scott's recovery journey as he headed home after months of hard work, determination, and perseverance.

Scott’s recovery was supported by the compassionate care team at Brewer Center, including its Acquired Brain Injury & Stroke Program, which provides specialized rehabilitation and support for individuals recovering from traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries, stroke, and other neurological conditions.

While thousands have followed his story from afar, we've had the privilege of witnessing his strength up close. Along the way, Scott became more than a patient—he became a friend to so many, bringing kindness, encouragement, and smiles to residents and team members alike.

Congratulations, Scott! Thank you for letting us be part of your journey. We'll be cheering you on every step of the way as you begin this next chapter at home. ❤️

Some moments remind us just how powerful hope, determination, and community can be. ❤️

Today, we had the privilege of cheering on Scott as he walked out of our doors and headed home after an extraordinary recovery journey. Following a devastating car accident, Scott faced unimaginable challenges, but through hard work, determination, and perseverance, he reached this incredible milestone.

Throughout his recovery, Scott was supported by the compassionate care team at Brewer Center, including our Acquired Brain Injury & Stroke Program, which provides specialized rehabilitation and support for individuals recovering from traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries, stroke, and other neurological conditions.

Scott’s journey is a true success story—and a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a community shows up for one another. What began as daily updates to keep family and friends informed, Scott’s Road to Recovery grew into a community of more than 3,500 people, all cheering Scott on and celebrating each step forward.

While we’re thrilled to see Scott return home, he will be deeply missed at Brewer Center. His positive spirit and kindness touched residents and team members alike, and he formed genuine friendships throughout his stay.

Scott’s story is a testament to the power of perseverance, compassionate care, and community. We’re grateful to have been part of his journey and to have witnessed how beautiful our community can be when we come together.

Our Fourth of July celebration was full of patriotic fun!

On July 3, we kicked off the holiday with a festive bike decorating activity and parade, followed by raffles for bikes and accessories. It was a day filled with smiles, community spirit, and plenty of excitement.
