We’re excited to share that Bradley Libby, PT, DPT and Ian Bauersfeld, PT, DPT are now certified in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training!

BFR is a specialized technique that helps build muscle strength and size using lighter weights, making it a great option for recovery, rehab, and reducing stress on joints.

Brad and Ian had an awesome day furthering their skills by completing a certification course in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training! 💪

We are always looking for ways to bring the most effective, evidence-based treatments to our patients, and we’re excited to start incorporating BFR into our programs. This technique can be a game changer for improving strength, promoting recovery, and helping patients get back to what they love faster.
