β€œA conversation I have almost every week in my DMs πŸ’›

Friend: Sandi I don’t even know where to start with supplements. There’s so much out there.

Me: I know. I felt exactly the same way. Here’s what I did.

I stopped trying to figure it out alone. I researched until I found a brand I could trust completely β€” one formulated specifically for women in this hormonal transition.

And then I started there. Simply. Consistently.

That is my advice to you.

Start simple. Start clean. Start with a brand that understands what your body actually needs right now.

Link in bio. I’m always here to help you figure out where to begin. πŸ’›πŸŒΈβ€

β€œFriday feelings πŸ’›

I want to ask you something and I want you to really sit with it before you answer.

Do you feel supported in your menopause journey?

By your doctor?
By your partner?
By your friends?
By yourself?

Because here is what I know from both personal experience and from the women I work with:

Most women feel profoundly unsupported during this transition.

And that isolation makes every symptom harder to bear.

You deserve a village. This community is working on becoming yours.

How supported do you feel? Be real with me πŸ‘‡πŸ’—β€

β€œOne of the most eye opening things I’ve learned in my certification program πŸ‘‡

Estrogen receptors exist throughout the entire body.

Not just in reproductive organs.

In your brain. Your bones. Your heart. Your skin. Your gut. Your bladder.

This is WHY menopause affects so many systems simultaneously.

It is WHY symptoms seem so varied and disconnected.

It is WHY a holistic approach β€” not just one medication or one supplement β€” is the most effective way to navigate this transition.

Understanding your body at this level is empowering beyond words.

Save this. Share it. Knowledge truly is medicine. πŸ’›πŸŒΈβ€ The Radiant Phase

β€œA movement mindset shift that changed everything for me πŸ‘‡

I used to exercise to punish myself for what I ate.
Or to try to force my body to look a certain way.
Or because I felt guilty if I didn’t.

Menopause changed all of that.

Because when I started moving with INTENTION β€” to support my hormones, protect my bones, stabilize my mood β€” exercise became something I did for myself. Not against myself.

That shift? Everything. It does take a bit to adjust and accept, but now I wish I did it way earlier. Start today!

Movement is not punishment. It is one of the most powerful hormonal tools you have access to β€” and it is free.

How has your relationship with exercise changed over the years? πŸ‘‡πŸŒΈβ€ The Radiant Phase β€œ

β€œLet’s talk about adaptogens β€” because these plant based powerhouses are becoming one of my favorite topics in my certification studies 🌿

Adaptogens are natural substances that help your body adapt to stress and restore hormonal balance.

The ones most relevant for menopause:

🌿 Ashwagandha β€” reduces cortisol, supports sleep and mood
🌸 Maca root β€” supports energy, libido and hot flash reduction
πŸ„ Rhodiola β€” combats fatigue and brain fog
🌱 Holy basil β€” calms the nervous system

These are not magic bullets β€” but as part of a holistic approach they can be genuinely powerful.

Have you tried any adaptogens? What was your experience? πŸ‘‡πŸ’›β€ The Radiant Phase

The symptoms you are experiencing are REAL.

They are not in your head.
They are not you being dramatic.
They are not just stress or aging.

They are physiological. They are hormonal. They are documented and studied and real.

And here is the most important part β€”

They are addressable.

With the right knowledge, the right tools and the right support β€” you can feel like yourself again. Better than yourself actually.

That is not a sales pitch. That is science. And it is why I show up here every single day.

β€œSunday reflection πŸ’›

One of the most profound things my certification studies have reinforced is this:

You cannot pour from an empty cup.

And yet women in perimenopause and menopause are often running on fumes β€” caring for aging parents, grown children, demanding careers, partners β€” while their own health quietly unravels.

Today I want to ask you one simple question:

What have you done THIS WEEK purely for your own wellbeing?

Not for anyone else. Just for you.

If the answer is nothing β€” let today be the day that changes.

You matter. Your health matters. Your joy matters.

Start there. πŸŒΈβœ¨β€ The Radiant Phase

β€œReal talk Friday β€” and this one comes straight from my heart πŸ’›

Before I started learning about menopause and hormone health I genuinely thought something was wrong with me.

Not just physically. I mean I questioned my mental health. My stability. My identity.

I felt like I was disappearing.

And the hardest part? I felt completely alone in it.

That loneliness is a huge part of why The Radiant Phase exists today.

I never want another woman to feel what I felt in those early days β€” confused, dismissed and isolated.

Have you ever felt that way?

You are so safe to share here. This community holds space for all of it. πŸ’—πŸ‘‡β€

β€œHere’s something I learned in my certification studies that stopped me in my tracks πŸ‘‡

The average woman spends 7-15 years in perimenopause before reaching full menopause.

Seven to FIFTEEN years!!!

And most women don’t even know perimenopause has started because the symptoms are so varied and often dismissed.

Irregular periods. Anxiety. Sleep disruption. Weight changes. Brain fog. Mood swings.

These are not random. They are hormonal. They are connected. And they are manageable.

You deserve to understand what is happening in your own body.

That is exactly why I am here and exactly why I am training to serve you better every single day.

Save this and share it with a woman who needs answers. πŸ’›β€
