Day 3 is a killer for sure. 100 reps or seconds. Whatever you choose, just try. You can do it. This is double leg lifts to work lower abs.
Break it up if you need to, you have all day.
Close your office door, lay down in the floor, support your lower back with your hands under your tail bone. Keep neck and shoulders relaxed.
You can do straight legs or bend at the knees in table top position. I did a variation of both!
