Reminder for this Friday!

☀️ FRIDAY SEPT 11th 11AM☀️

Join us for our next monthly ACCESSIBLE Community Sound Bath with crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes and other soothing sounds to transport you peacefully into the upcoming weekend!

This event welcomes any and all to attend.

❓What to expect? You lay or sit down and just listen. We start a little after 11 and it’s about 40 minutes long. No expectations of you. You can arrive and leave whenever you need to.

🫶 Fresh air, sunshine, birds chirping and the folks who attend make each sound bath extra special !

❗️Bring a blanket or chair to sit on and dress for the weather.

💖 All are welcome! This is an all ages/all abilities/family friendly event.

🧑🏽‍🦽Park is paved so it is accessible for wheelchair users. There are bathrooms

🗣️Tell a friend to tell a friend to meet us under the big tree! SHARE SHARE SHARE.

💲This is a FREE event but we do graciously accept donations towards my Special Hearts Adaptive Wellness program. This program creates connection and access for adults with varying intellectual and developmental disabilities to experience personalized, therapeutic and student led wellness services.

🌯You can make a day of it by bringing bagged lunch to enjoy under the bayside pavilion or on the beach after.

Need ideas! Help please if you’ve got some connections locally!

We are celebrating 5 years of our Special Hearts Adaptive Wellness Program & want to have a party! Wondering if anybody knows of any nice halls to rent 10/17 (any time Of day). Party would be about 2 hours ish.
Most important We need it to be handicap accessible as we have many students with disabilities. This is really important. Not sure what going cost is locally but if you know the cost -please include it- that’s helpful too!!

We may also need a DJ if my friend isn’t free.

Help us out! We are in need of unused charms, your broken or mismatched jewelry, pins, letter tiles, etc etc!
We also can use lids (2 inches or bigger).

I upcycle it all into motivational magnets as you see here are some recent ones.

Healing Hammers are filled with locally sourced Mugwort, tangerine peels and love. It’s a tool used in TCM to increase circulation, release tension & reduce inflammation and dampness. It’s very helpful for the nervous system and the smell that release as you gently tap the hammer provides a somatic anchor ~ which support nervous system regulation.

Congrats to our cutie, Katie on her new job! 🎉🙌🏽😊🌈🙏🏽🥰 Growth looks so good on you and we are excited for you to shine your light & bring that calm energy to those lil kiddos lives.

When starting The Heart Space, bringing people together was always a part of my purpose. A few years ago I connected Alexa and Katie together and a friendship was formed. We are def gonna miss you in Thursday morning yoga but we know we will still see you!! 🫶
