CNA Week Celebration at Carnegie Post Acute Care!

What a sweet way to celebrate our incredible CNAs! Affinity Hospice was honored to sponsor a Rita's Water Ice station for the amazing team at Carnegie Post Acute Care during CNA Week.

These dedicated caregivers work tirelessly every day, providing compassionate care, comfort, and support to their residents. We were grateful for the opportunity to show our appreciation with a refreshing treat and a small token of thanks for all they do.

Thank you to the CNA team for your hard work, dedication, and the difference you make in the lives of others every day. We are grateful for our community partnership and for all the healthcare heroes who serve with such heart!

We showed up to celebrate CNA Week — and Meadowbrook turned it into a full-on party! 🎉 Rita's Italian Ice, dancing, happiness, and smiles from wall to wall — this is what appreciation looks like! 🍧💛We came to thank the incredible CNAs who bring compassion, dedication, and exceptional care to their residents every single day — but we ended up staying because the energy, the joy, and the warmth in that building was simply too good to leave! Staff, residents, and our team all together, dancing and sharing smiles — it was a moment we won't forget. 🧡That kind of joy doesn't happen by accident. It's a reflection of the culture that the CNAs and staff at Meadowbrook create every single day. This CNA Week, Affinity Care Hospice of NJ had the absolute joy of celebrating the incredible CNAs at Lawrence Rehabilitation Hospital, Lawrence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, and The Meadows at Lawrence — all in one sweet stop! 🧡
We set up a special Candy Bar Station because the CNAs who bring compassion, comfort, and exceptional care to patients, residents, and families every single day deserve something just as sweet as they are. 🍬🍫
To every CNA across all three Lawrence communities — your kindness, your dedication, and the difference you make in the lives of those in your care is immeasurable. You are the true heart of healthcare, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate you this week and every week.

It was such a special privilege to flip the script this CNA Week and offer a little care to the people who care every day, all day for those who matter most. 💚 We set up a De-Stress & Dessert event for the incredible staff — and especially the CNAs — of Coral Harbor, and every moment of it was well deserved! 🍰💆‍♀️CNAs give so much of themselves — their energy, their compassion, their patience, their hearts — and they do it without hesitation because they truly love what they do. This week is our chance to say: we see that, and we are so incredibly grateful for it.Thank you, Coral Harbor CNAs, for the care you pour into every single day.
