Samba Fitness Wellness Day 2026 at Avalon Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

What an amazing day we had at Samba Fitness Wellness Day 2026! We had the pleasure of joining residents, staff, and community members for a fun-filled event of singing, movement, and exercise.

The energy in the room was contagious as everyone came together to focus on wellness, stay active, and most importantly, have fun! In addition to enjoying the activities, we were honored to provide education to both residents and members of the community about the supportive services available through Affinity Hospice.

Thank you to Avalon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center for allowing us to be part of such a wonderful event. We value our community partnerships and always appreciate opportunities to promote health, wellness, and quality of life.

🎶💚 Music Therapy at CareOne Hamilton 💚🎶

Our wonderful Music Therapist, Jenna, created a warm and welcoming space for residents to reminisce about cherished memories of their favorite beaches, sing along to patriotic songs honoring those who served our country, and enjoy the healing power of music.
With her magical voice and engaging spirit, Jenna brought pure joy to the room, filling it with smiles, laughter, and heartfelt moments. It was beautiful to see residents connecting through music, sharing memories, and enjoying time together.

At Affinity Hospice, we are grateful to offer music therapy as part of our commitment to enhancing quality of life and creating meaningful moments for those we serve.

CNA Week Celebration at Carnegie Post Acute Care!

What a sweet way to celebrate our incredible CNAs! Affinity Hospice was honored to sponsor a Rita's Water Ice station for the amazing team at Carnegie Post Acute Care during CNA Week.

These dedicated caregivers work tirelessly every day, providing compassionate care, comfort, and support to their residents. We were grateful for the opportunity to show our appreciation with a refreshing treat and a small token of thanks for all they do.

Thank you to the CNA team for your hard work, dedication, and the difference you make in the lives of others every day. We are grateful for our community partnership and for all the healthcare heroes who serve with such heart!

🍧💃✨ What a celebration at Meadowbrook Respiratory & Nursing Center!

We showed up to celebrate CNA Week — and Meadowbrook turned it into a full-on party! 🎉 Rita's Italian Ice, dancing, happiness, and smiles from wall to wall — this is what appreciation looks like! 🍧💛We came to thank the incredible CNAs who bring compassion, dedication, and exceptional care to their residents every single day — but we ended up staying because the energy, the joy, and the warmth in that building was simply too good to leave! Staff, residents, and our team all together, dancing and sharing smiles — it was a moment we won't forget. 🧡That kind of joy doesn't happen by accident. It's a reflection of the culture that the CNAs and staff at Meadowbrook create every single day.
