We are so proud to celebrate Dayna Dondelinger as Morrill County Community Hospital’s recipient of the Nebraska Hospital Association Caring Kind Award! 🏆

For more than 40 years, Nebraska hospitals have honored outstanding employees through The Caring Kind Awards, recognizing those who truly embody caring, compassion, and service excellence.

Dayna is being recognized for going above and beyond in caring for our patients, supporting her coworkers, and bringing dedication and excellence to everything she does. Her kindness and commitment make a difference every day, and we are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our facility.

32 Units Collected. Up to 96 Lives Saved. 32 Reasons to Say THANK YOU! ❤️

Every blood donor is a hero, and because of your generosity, up to 96 lives across Western Nebraska could be saved!

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing partners, Bridgeport NE Public Schools, Bridgeport FFA & Ag Ed, and West Nebraska Blood Center, for making this blood drive a success.

We are also proud to recognize our 2026–2027 High School Heroes, Olivia Corman and Elizabeth Velasquez, senior students and FFA members at Bridgeport Public Schools! 🌟

Both led by example today, not only by encouraging others to donate, but by rolling up their own sleeves and donating blood themselves!

Olivia and Elizabeth also had the opportunity to step inside our laboratory and see firsthand the important work that happens behind the scenes before a patient receives a blood transfusion.

Thank you both for showing that leadership is not just about encouraging others, but about taking action and making a difference.

Special thanks to the MCCH Hospital Foundation for its continued support of the High School Heroes Program.

Behind every blood donation is a generous heart. Behind every transfusion is a patient given another chance.
