It’s about creating an environment where your body feels supported enough to return to balance.

Every person experiences Reiki differently. Some people feel deeply relaxed, emotional, energized, grounded, sleepy, peaceful — OR all of the above.

The body is always communicating.
Reiki simply helps create space to listen.

There’s something incredibly important about the feeling of a birth space.

Birth isn’t only physical — it’s emotional, mental, energetic, and deeply vulnerable. The environment surrounding a laboring mother can impact how safe, supported, and grounded she feels throughout the experience.

Sometimes support looks like guidance and education.
Sometimes it looks like quiet reassurance, dim lights, steady breathing reminders, a hand to hold, or simply someone calmly saying, “You’re doing beautifully.”

As a doula, one of my goals is to help create a space where you feel safe enough to soften into the experience instead of feeling like you have to carry it all alone.

Because support matters.
And feeling held matters too.
