Dawson is a board-certified Physician Assistant practicing out of Utah Spine Care | Ogden Clinic at McKay-Dee. He has a strong clinical interest in surgical subspecialties, particularly neurosurgery and orthopedics. Dawson is committed to helping patients understand their conditions and treatment options while providing personalized care that supports their health and recovery.

Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, Dawson is grateful to be back and is excited to serve the community that shaped him. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Lexie is a board-certified Physician Assistant and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their health. Her clinical interests include metabolic health, weight management, preventive medicine, nutrition, longevity, diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone health, PCOS, pediatrics, and eating disorders.

A Layton native, Lexie is proud to serve the community she calls home. She has participated in nonprofit organizations providing nutrition and medical education in three countries and regularly volunteers at local food pantries to help address food insecurity.
