I hate to have to tell you folks, but it's time for sanitizer and masks. COVID, Flu A and B( flu A seems pretty harsh) are rapidly on the rise. I am treating patients daily for this, and performing a lot of telehealth. Take care of yourselves. Taking Vitamin C, D, and Zinc, as well as Tumeric are good supplements to use daily. Stay safe.
I am working at Lunceford Family Health Center near Bartlett. They are taking new patients, and will perform Telehealth appointments in the afternoon/ evening once they have your insurance info. They are also performing Covid, Flu, Strep testing outside during the week. They will do follow up Telehealth if you are positive for any if these and need medications as their schedule allows. Please note:
The clinic has closed in order for the provider to spend time with her family. If you need a copy of your medical records released to you, you will need to contact the provider at 901-613-8024or request by email [email protected], or mail. At that time, if you need to pick up records, they are 25 cents per page, and you will need to make arrangements to pick them up from the provider at a scheduled time on a Monday or Tuesday.

Dear patients.

I am sorry to let you know that I am positive for covid ( and am having fever, cough and headache). I will try and perform telehealth visits on Monday and Tuesday, possibly Wednesday as well. Anyone that would like to reschedule their appointments, please call the front desk- 901-837-0701 Monday morning.

I should be clear by Thursday in order to give allergy shots, but I will have to retest first before I come in. I am sorry for this delay in your healthcare, Robyn

We are so happy to welcome Dr. Richard G. Hayward as our colaborating physican. We are taking new patients, however; we will not be taking any home visit, or new patients that are taking any Schedule I-IV controlled substance patients as our focus is Family Practice. We are looking forward to serving you.

We are happy to announce that we have a new collaborating physician, and they will be coming on board by March 7, 2023 at the earliest. Details will be placed on Facebook once we sign all paperwork. I can't wait to pick up where we left off! However, I am not taking on any new pain management patients, controlled substance patients; and unfortunately, anyone who has already moved to another provider for these aforementioned diagnosis, I will not be able to bring you back on board. Due to the pending change in our collaborating physician, any patient receiving any controlled substances for pain, neuropathy, insomnia, etc; including clonazepam, zolpidem, hydrocodone, tramadol, lyrica, gabapentin. , xanax , phentermine, testostereone,
MUST contact our office to schedule an appointment immediately to discuss a titration plan over the next 30 days, BEFORE they no longer have any medications.
Stopping controlled substances abruptly can be dangerous, and or deadly. If you choose to find another provider, you will need to contact us with your new provider information including medical record transfer request, and date that you have your first appointment with your new provider. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our patients.

I got that reminder yesterday, with the help of these two ladies at the clinic. We had a patient come in very sick, and within seconds of my giving instructions, everyone worked like a well oiled machine. For your first time running an emergency call and procedure Gabby Duquette and Natalye Hall( and this was Nats FIRST DAY) , you ladies rocked it as if you had been doing this your whole life. I am so thankful!
