A very special visit

Some people walk into a room and the whole atmosphere changes. Herbert Lane is one of those people. 🌟

We were honored to welcome our dear friend Herbert Lane — one of the original Harlem Globetrotters — for a visit with our residents. A living legend, a gentleman, and a reminder that a life lived with joy and purpose leaves a mark on everyone it touches.

Moments like these are what make this community so special. Thank you, Herbert, for sharing your spirit with us. We are better for it. 💖

Meet Sonya Glenn, our incredible Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant here at The Springs of Brinkley! 💙
Sonya has been part of our Springs family since 2020 and brings over 20 years of experience in the medical field. A lifelong member of the Delta community, she has a true passion for caring for others.
Her heart for therapy shines through in everything she does…helping patients regain their independence, build strength, and improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. 💪🧠

For Sonya, the most rewarding part is seeing patients return home with the confidence and skills they need to live independently again. 🏡✨

I moved to Brinkley about 2 years ago and love being part of this amazing community. 🏡

I truly enjoy working with people and helping them return to their prior level of function or even better after a fall, surgery, or other life-changing event. 💪✨ It’s incredibly rewarding to watch the transformation and see the progress our residents make each day!

Our residents had an egg-cellent time celebrating Easter at The Springs of Brinkley! 🐇💐 From sweet treats 🍬 to festive activities and lots of laughter, it was a day full of joy, smiles, and special memories with our amazing residents and staff 💛
