Women's health is about so much more than annual exams.

At Embrace, we believe every part of your health is connected. Hormones, mental health, ADHD, menopause, weight management, and overall wellness all play a role in how you feel every day.

That's why we're excited to expand the care we provide by offering ADHD evaluation and treatment as part of our whole-person approach to women's healthcare.

Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing more about ADHD in women, why it's often overlooked, and how hormones can influence symptoms throughout different stages of life.

Because understanding why you feel the way you do is the first step toward feeling like yourself again.

đź’› Feeling like yourself shouldn't be a distant memory.

If you've noticed changes like trouble sleeping, brain fog, mood swings, stubborn weight gain, low libido, anxiety, or constant fatigue, don't brush them off as "just getting older."

Hormonal changes—especially during perimenopause—can begin years before menopause, and for many women, symptoms start as early as their mid-30s.

The good news? You don't have to navigate it alone.

At Embrace Advanced Gynecology & Wellness, we take the time to listen, evaluate your symptoms, and create a personalized plan to help you feel like yourself again.

🌿 Your hormones rely on more than just estrogen and progesterone—they also need the right nutrients to function properly.

Nutrients like Omega-3s, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Folate, Protein, and Vitamin C all play important roles in supporting hormone production, metabolism, energy, mood, and overall well-being.

While eating a balanced diet is the foundation, many women still have nutrient deficiencies that can contribute to symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, poor sleep, and low energy.

If you're struggling with symptoms that don't feel "normal," it may be time to take a closer look at your hormone health.

✨ At Embrace Advanced Gynecology & Wellness, we take a personalized approach to evaluating your symptoms and helping you feel your best.
