The holidays bring on a lot of added responsibilities. Making a list is a great way to help you prioritize and stay on track. For example, overspending can lead to stress and feelings of anxiety and depression. Making a budget as well as a list of added and expected expenses can help negate overspending.

Writing out everything you have to have done can help you see when you’re trying to do too much. If your list is looking a little long, consider your priorities, and reevaluate what’s actually important to you this holiday season.
