So it seems to be No Call No Show season.

This is a reminder (a second one because I send out appointment reminders 24 hours prior to your appointment) that my time has value too and those who have no showed will have to pay the balance of the missed session before being allowed to rebook.

I’m not a monster, I understand when things come up last minute. That being said, we are living in a very communication friendly era where pretty much everyone has a cell phone on their person and it takes mere seconds to send a text telling me you are unable to make your appointment.

One of the main things I love about being a massage therapist is the endless potential for learning and growth. That being said, I try to get training in a new technique/modality at least every other year. This year was the year for that and, after personal experience with it, I was drawn to pursue a modality that differs greatly from the traditional manual manipulation therapies I am known for.

I recently completed training in BodyTalk Therapy.

BodyTalk is a consciousness based health care technique. The application is much different from what you expect with bodywork and with me, but when I tell you the results are mind blowing and possibilities endless believe me!
Bodytalk is a 100% safe technique for ANYONE, in any condition, to receive. Besides being minimally invasive, BodyTalk can also be received while fully clothed (I suggest wearing something comfy and cotton!) and, at a future point, can be done remotely as well.

I could expand on this for days but no one enjoys reading long posts so we’ll get to the point!

✨Now through October 31, any BodyTalk or hybrid sessions booked will be $70/hr, $100/90min, $140/2hr. (This discount does not apply to Package sessions as they are already heavily discounted.)✨

❄️Winter is here and I’ve got some goodies to share to help counteract the cold!❄️

First off, I’m stocked up on 400mg/oz CBD Lotion and Oil for those achy places as well as (my personal favorite) CBD Bathbombs for when you need a full body soak and soothe! These products are made locally by Dharma Wellness in Rapid City, SD.

Secondly, I’m excited to announce I now offer Far Infared Sauna Wrap sessions! Beyond the FIR capabilities this session has the additional benefit of Negative Ion Therapy as well as Hot Stone Therapy with Jade and Tourmaline stones!
These sessions can be standalone 30-60 minutes, $40-80, or an add-on before or after your massage, $30.

The benefits of these combined therapies would make this already long post much, much longer so I’ll post a “highlight reel” with the pictures below.
