UR Medicine’s Strong West provides health care services to the Brockport, N.Y., area, western Monroe County, and the eastern portion of Orleans and Genesee counties. It consists of a stand-alone Emergency Department and an ambulatory surgery center, along with imaging services, labs, cardiology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology, a sleep disorders clinic, and primary care practices in Brockport, Spencerport and LeRoy. There also is an urgent care center in Spencerport.
