FCR services are offered consistent with our values of choice, acceptance, hope and dignity with the goal of helping children and adults along their path to safety, health, and well-being. We are committed to advancing policies and practices that promote diversity, inclusion, and retention of staff and services to clients of all racial, ethnic, gender identity, and socio-economic backgrounds and beliefs. Our goal is to ensure that a wide range of perspectives, experiences, skills, innovation, and decision-making abilities have a seat around the table and that all voices are heard. Through our work in support of vulnerable populations, one day all children and adults will be able to thrive in a safe, just, and equitable world.

Today we celebrate Disability Independence Day and the Americans with Disabilities Act, a milestone in the fight for accessibility and inclusion. 🩡
As we honor this progress, we also recognize the need for continued advocacy to ensure disabled survivors of domestic violence have equitable access to safety, resources, and support. Together, we can keep advocating for more accessible services, inclusive systems, and meaningful change. 🩡🩡
