There’s a moment in life when you realize you don’t want to keep being the strong one anymore.

The capable one.

The one who says yes when her body is already saying no.

Sometimes we find ourselves in an in-between season where the identity that held everything together is changing, and we don’t quite know who we are becoming yet.

That’s where the work begins.

Not by thinking our way through everything.

But by slowing down, becoming present, listening to our bodies, and creating space to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we may have pushed aside.

This is part of what I create at Mystic Hooves Healing.

A space to slow down.

To breathe.

To reconnect.

To be witnessed.

And to allow the horses to be part of the experience.

SUNDAY REFLECTION 💛

This weekend reminded me once again why I created these circles.

Women came together who had never met before.
Mothers and daughters.

Friends.

Women who came carrying things they had been holding quietly.

Women who simply needed a place to slow down and breathe.

And then there were the horses.

There is something so beautiful about watching a woman soften, become present, laugh, breathe, connect, and simply be herself.

This is what I want to create with Mystic Hooves Healing.

A safe space for women to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to themselves.

A space for connection.

A space for reflection.

A space for sisterhood.

A space to remember who you are.

You don't have to know exactly why you're being drawn here.

You just have to listen to the little nudge.

🌅 TOMORROW MORNING WE GATHER 🌅

I’m so excited to welcome you into our Sunrise Circle tomorrow at 7 AM. 💛

A few things to bring with you:
• A water bottle
• A chair
• An open mind
• An intention you’d like to set
• Something you’re ready to let go of

We’ll begin by slowing down with some gentle breathwork and a light meditation, creating space to turn inward before we connect with the horses.

Then we’ll gather in circle, share, reflect, and allow the horses to be part of the experience.

You don’t need to prepare anything perfectly.

Just bring yourself exactly as you are.

Come ready to breathe, connect, release, and receive. 🐴🌅
