LET'S TALK ABOUT ENTITLEMENT FOR A SECOND. Today, a guy pulled into one of our clearly marked "Traphouse Customers Only" parking spots. No big deal, he wasn't shopping, wasn't coming in, just using the spot like it was his personal driveway. So I left a respectful note asking that those space be kept open for actual paying customers-you know, the people who support the business and help keep the lights on.

Dude comes back, sees the note, then walks into the shop holding his med card like its a Backstage VIP pass and says, "You just lost potential business"

Lets be real - "potential business" doesn't give you the right to ignore signs take up customer parking, and then act like you've been wronged. You weren't supporting the shop, you were not shopping. You just didn't like being informed that those spots aren't there for your convenience.

So tell me - was I out of line for asking someone to respect the space, or is this just another example of someone thinking the rules don't apply to them?

Genuinely curious where people stand on this.
