Our “favorite” provider is out this week. We know he’s missing us, we would miss us too.

Business will resume as normal, except a few exceptions. The exceptions are super easy as he is not in office to “squeeze” you onto Robbie’s schedule, look at anything regarding an ooze, cut, infection, or scrape. Also he won’t be able to see you this week for an appointment, that is impossible. 🙂

All jokes aside! We are still refilling medications, answering portal messages, and have the option to give you an E-visit even if Robbie’s schedule is full!

From now until the end of the month, we’ll keep score of who SCHEDULES more annual wellness visits. 🏆 We will also keep tag of who averages the best cholesterol and blood pressure during the remaining July annuals! I’ll check in weekly with the STATS! (Writhing HIPPA compliance and no identification. If you call yourself out in the comments, that’s between you and all our followers!

Winning team will have everyone entered to win a prize and also bragging rights! (and maybe we’ll make our providers wear the losing team’s colors for a day, and not in a cute way. 😆).

Getting annual blood work? Don’t forget to fast!

If your provider has ordered fasting labs, it’s important to avoid eating or drinking anything except water for 8–12 hours before your appointment (unless you’ve been told otherwise).

Why does fasting matter?
✅ Gives the most accurate blood sugar results
✅ Prevents food from affecting your cholesterol and triglyceride levels
✅ Helps your provider make the best decisions about your health

💧 Water is encouraged! Staying hydrated can even make your blood draw easier.
