It's the last day of our 9th Annual School Supply Drive! Thank you to everyone who has donated to help us support local first-year teachers as they prepare to welcome their students.
If you've been meaning to bring something in, there's still time! We'll be accepting donations until we close at 1:00 PM today. Every notebook, marker, and pack of pencils will help a teacher start the school year feeling supported.

Our answer? Not at all.

One of the biggest surprises we hear is, "That's it? I barely felt anything!"

Our approach is gentle, specific, and designed to work with your body, not against it. We don't believe health has to come from force. We believe it comes from helping your nervous system function the way it was designed to. Also, your health isn't an expense, it's an investment. 🍎📚 Our 9th Annual Back-to-School Drive is Here! 💙

For the past nine years, our Epic family has shown what can happen when a community comes together to serve others and this year, we're excited to support a group that pours so much into our children: first-year teachers! Starting a teaching career is exciting, but it can also be expensive. Many new teachers spend hundreds of dollars out of their own pockets to create a welcoming classroom and provide supplies for their students.

For the next four weeks, we'll be collecting classroom supplies and donations to help first-year teachers start the school year feeling encouraged, supported, and equipped. Let's rally around the people who are investing in the next generation. Together, we can help lighten the load and remind these teachers that they have an entire community cheering them on.
