I will do energy work anywhere. 🌊✨

Even on vacation, on a public beach, with strangers sitting nearby, watching and wondering what the hell I’m doing. 😂

Because when you know how to return to yourself, you don’t need the perfect room, the perfect altar, or the perfect conditions.

I sat on the beach and entered into a sacred communion with Source — allowing energy to move through my body, clearing and cleansing my energetic field, releasing what was no longer mine to carry, and bringing my physical body back into coherence.

The communion feels so damn good that I stopped caring who was watching 🌹

This is what I want more people to experience.

Not just receiving energy work from someone else, (which is amazing as well) but learning how to become deeply connected to your own body, your own field, your own intuition, and the intelligence that is always moving through you.

I believe everyone should know how to somatically channel, how to feel their own energy, listen to their body’s guidance, move energy, clear energy, and reconnect and commune with Source.

I hold Somatic Channeling workshops every other month, where I teach students how to develop this sacred practice and begin discovering what is possible when you learn to work with energy through the body.

I’m currently holding a workshop this month, and my next Somatic Channeling: Channeling Source workshop will be in October. Become the Source channel.

Somatic Channeling is a sacred path of spiritual initiation, growth, expansion, healing and awakening. For this reason, it belongs in a sacred container.

This container is for energy practitioners wanting more. More connection to themselves, more connection to Source, their guides, star families, angels. More remembrance of who you actually are.

It is our birthright to remember our abilities, tap into our own energetic fields, clear energies, expand, manifest. Somatic Channeling feels like coming home.

Under the energy of the Blue Moon on May 31, I had the honor of facilitating a beautiful group energy session at my dear friend Alexis’s space. Alexis held such a safe and nurturing container, allowing everyone to feel supported as they journeyed inward.

What unfolded was truly powerful. Each person courageously surrendered, softened into the wisdom of their own body, and allowed space for healing, release, and deeper connection. It was incredible to witness the intelligence within each individual guiding exactly what was ready to be seen, felt, and transformed. The group went all in, trusting the process and opening to what was no longer in alignment. The energy, vulnerability, and collective healing that filled the room were nothing short of beautiful. My heart is so full of gratitude for everyone who showed up and said yes to themselves.

Energy work isn’t something new—it’s something ancient that humanity has practiced in many forms for thousands of years. Across cultures and traditions, people have connected with the wisdom of the body, spirit, and the unseen world through movement, breath, sound, ritual, and deep presence. I believe we’re remembering something we’ve always known: that healing, intuition, and transformation already live within us. Energy work helps us reconnect to that innate wisdom, allowing the body to express, release, and receive in ways the mind alone cannot. The real flex isn’t how much money you make, what car you drive, or how many followers you have.

The real flex is how many people you’ve empowered to remember who they truly are.

Teaching Somatic Channeling has become one of the greatest honors of my life. To be a steward and lineage holder of this work means more to me than any external measure of success ever could.

Watching everyone awaken their gifts, trust their intuition, deepen their connection to themselves, their Higher self, their Source, Pure Divine Energy is so beautiful to witness.  

This work was never meant to be kept. It was meant to be shared. Thank you for selecting me as a Steward and Lineage holder ,

Have you ever had a moment where you didn’t feel safe, even though you were? 

 Every pattern, response, and protective mechanism it created made perfect sense at the time.

What many people don’t realize is that the body doesn’t automatically update when circumstances change. It continues running the same adaptive strategies long after the original need for protection has passed.

Until the body is given the right conditions, it may not recognize that something different is now possible.

This is one of the reasons I love Spinal Energetics. It creates a space where the nervous system can begin to unwind old patterns, release stored stress, and experience new possibilities. As the body feels safe enough to let go, it can begin responding to life from the present moment rather than from past experiences.

Healing is about creating the conditions for your body to remember what safety feels like.
