🔥 With temperatures rising, kids are at higher risk for heat exhaustion, which can lead to dehydration, fatigue, and serious illness.

👀 Be on the lookout for signs like:
• Weakness or tiredness
• Headache
• Muscle cramps
• Dry or sticky mouth
• Irritability

🚫 Prevention is key — Keep kids cool, hydrated, and out of the heat during peak hours.

💧 If symptoms appear, act fast: cool them down, offer fluids, and don’t hesitate to call us if symptoms don’t improve.
