Reiki I / II classes can be scheduled on 6/17, 6/23, 6/24 as long as availability remains open. You can take your classes back-to-back if you want to get both certifications before I leave.

Also, anyone who has Reiki II - I will be coming back for a group Reiki III/IV Master Teacher course in February to teach both Holy Fire and Traditional. That class will be $900/person and is a 3 day course. You must have Reiki I & II for at least 6 months before taking your Reiki 3 class.

If you want to take Reiki I and/or II and are unable to make it in June, as long as you can get on post, we can do your class in July before the 20th.

So crazy how things happen… my mind is constantly blown by the path Source leads us down.

As our time in Enterprise Alabama comes to an end, a new path has opened up. I was toying with the idea of various ways to incorporate Reiki, Tarot, etc full-time while we are traveling across the country, but nothing seemed to really feel ‘right’ until we get set up in Oregon and open up the business.

Then (…I would say ‘as luck would have it’, but I don’t believe in luck) I was approached with the idea of writing a book about this adventure; about the process Ryan and I took to intentionally step away from the successful life we were building. Not because things were upended at the hands of tragedy, loss or illness - but because we wanted a life more aligned with our goals - both current and future. I of course jumped at the idea and am now two months into this project.

Writing has always been a passion of mine, and now I get to fully immerse in it while on the road. As the cherry on my sundae, I have an opportunity to submit the book proposal to Hay House Publishing, and I am over the moon excited about this!

The Full Moon in Sagittarius shines a spotlight on where you’ve been collecting information, beliefs, opinions, identities, and narratives that may no longer be aligned with your actual lived experience. This weekend is a Blue Moon (the second full moon this month).

This Sagittarius Full Moon, I’m stepping away from social media for the weekend. Not because social media is good or bad, but because Sagittarius asks us to seek truth beyond the noise… to unplug from the absolute endless stream of opinions, the headlines, the algorithms, and expectations of other people and not my own.

This weekend is for real conversations, for creation, fresh air, movement, reflection, and reconnecting with what feels meaningful rather than what feels urgent… and on here EVERYTHING feels urgent all the time. Even the ads they throw at us.

It took about 20 hours to complete in total, but I was super proud to put the finishing touches on my first in-depth birth chart analysis.

Before I got into astrology and was just kind of dabbling, I didn’t realize the sheer number of layers that went into a chart reading. The difference between that cookie cutter astrology that you get on TikTok versus personalized and intuitive predictive chart readings.

I am excited to dive into the next chart sitting on my desk. The feeling is reminiscent of when I first started reading tarot in my late teens. I absolutely love being able to tap into this emotion & feelings again.

What a perfect complementary area to add to my Reiki, coaching and tarot practice. I love expanding my tool box ✨🙌🏻✨

Spent the weekend in Texas introducing Reiki, recentering and connecting… and of course stopping in for ramen at Tatsu-Ya in Austin. I am full of gratitude to have a partner who believes healing the past is key to future generations and is willing to share his gift of reiki with those who seek it. With all the chaos in the world, seek peace and give love 💕

Dear adult children of emotionally unavailable parents: this one is for you 🩵 You don't have to continually chase "healing" and that is okay. Sometimes shadow work for healing your inner child is accepting that things are just what they are, and that is okay.

There is a pattern that seem to be prevalent for many adults who have parents over the age of 60. Now this post is not going to be true for all adults with parents over 60 years old, of course. If you had an emotionally safe childhood, you may have a difficult time understanding how deeply profound....
