We want to help keep our patients safe! 🛡️ We’re aware of phishing emails circulating that use the MyChart name and logo to look legitimate. These emails are NOT official MyChart communications.

📧 Scam emails may mention a “MyChart Senior Health Package,” Medicare wellness benefits or a free health kit. They may ask you to click a link or button to confirm your address or provide additional information.

❗ If you receive a suspicious MyChart email:
🔹 Don’t click any links or buttons
🔹 Don’t reply to the email
🔹 Don’t provide personal, medical, financial or insurance information
🔹 Report the message as phishing or junk through your email provider
🔹 Delete the email

Scammers often use familiar names, logos and language to make fraudulent messages appear trustworthy. When in doubt, pause before you click! 🔎
