🌿🍵 Something Special Is Brewing at Mystical Wild Roots! 🎁

I’ve got something a little extra special in mind for the holiday season, and before I bring this idea to life, I’d love to hear what y’all think!

Imagine a beautiful, reusable bamboo tea chest with a viewing window and magnetic closure, filled with a wonderful assortment of my handcrafted herbal teas in tea bags! 🌸

✨ Approximately 54 individually filled herbal tea bags
✨ A beautiful variety of carefully selected herbal tea blends
✨ Maybe even a NEW exclusive holiday blend or two! 🎄
✨ Individual description cards to help you discover and enjoy each blend
✨ A gorgeous keepsake bamboo tea chest that can be refilled and enjoyed for years to come

I’m envisioning something more than just a tea sampler. A thoughtfully curated herbal tea experience that brings a little warmth, comfort, and botanical goodness to every cup. 🌿

Whether you’re shopping for the tea lover in your life, looking for a unique holiday gift, or simply wanting to treat yourself, I think these could be something truly special!

These would be a premium, limited-edition holiday collection, with each tea chest thoughtfully prepared and packaged right here at Mystical Wild Roots Apothecary.

💚 Now, I need your help!

The price point would be around $120
This might be I have a few on hand but major would be pre-orders!

Would this be something you’d be interested in purchasing for yourself or gifting to someone special this holiday season?

Drop a 🍵 or a YES in the comments if you’d love to see these come to life!

I’m still working out the finishing touches, and your feedback will help me decide whether to make these available this holiday season!

I have found myself very tired and low energy today. I’m sure it’s just from all I have been through and I haven’t really slowed down too much. For some reason I just want to curl up on the couch and take a nap. But I am straining some tinctures. 🤩 A few new ones launching soon!

My heart is so incredibly full this afternoon .
🥹💚

I honestly don’t even know if I can find the words to express just how loved and grateful I feel today.

To all of my friends, my fellow vendor friends, my wonderful customers, and every single person who came out to see me today… THANK YOU, from the very bottom of my heart. ❤️

The hugs, the kind words, the concern, the checking in, and the genuine love you all showed me meant more than you could ever imagine.

After everything I’ve been through recently, life looks a little different to me right now. When something happens that reminds you just how fragile life really is, you begin to see things through a different lens. The little things become the big things, and the people who show up for you become even more precious.

Today, I was reminded over and over again just how blessed I am to be surrounded by such an incredible community.

So many of you were genuinely worried about me, and seeing the relief on your faces, feeling your hugs, and hearing how much you cared truly touched my soul. There were moments today when it was all I could do to hold back the tears.

I started Mystical Wild Roots because of my love for plants, herbalism, and helping others reconnect with their roots. But somewhere along the way, this little dream of mine became so much more than an apothecary. It became friendships, connections, a community, and people who feel like family. 🌿

Today, I felt every bit of that love.

I may still have some healing and recovering to do, and I’m learning that slowing down is sometimes necessary, but my heart has never felt more full.

Please know that I don’t take a single one of you for granted. Your love, support, prayers, positive thoughts, and encouragement have carried me through more than you know.

I am so incredibly grateful that I am still here, still able to do what I love, and still able to share this journey with all of you.

Thank you for loving me, not just for supporting my little business, but for caring about the person behind it. That means absolutely everything to me.

Sending every one of you the biggest hug. I wish I could bottle up the love I felt today and keep it forever. 🥹💚

With all my love and gratitude,

🌿 Stay Wild. Stay Well. Stay Rooted. 🌿

🌼🌿 GOLDENROD vs. RAGWEED:
Let’s Clear Up the Confusion! 🌿🌼

Every fall, beautiful goldenrod starts blooming along roadsides, in fields, and around our gardens. And every year, it gets blamed for something it usually isn’t responsible for… seasonal allergies! 🤧

But here’s a little herbal wisdom for you! 🌿

💛 GOLDENROD (Solidago spp.)

Goldenrod is that gorgeous plant with clusters of bright golden-yellow flowers that light up the landscape in late summer and fall.

🌼 Produces heavy, sticky pollen that’s primarily carried by insects, not the wind.

🌼 An important late-season food source for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators.

🌼 Has a long history of traditional herbal use, particularly for urinary tract wellness and seasonal respiratory comfort.

🌼 Traditionally enjoyed in herbal teas, extracts, and infused preparations.

🌿 RAGWEED (Ambrosia spp.)

Now THIS is the plant responsible for many of those sneezes, itchy eyes, and runny noses!

🍃 Produces enormous amounts of lightweight pollen that travels through the air.

🍃 One of the most common triggers of seasonal fall allergies.

🍃 Has small, inconspicuous greenish flowers rather than goldenrod’s showy yellow blooms.

🍃 Often grows in the same areas and blooms around the same time as goldenrod.

✨ So why does goldenrod get the blame?

Because goldenrod is SHOWY! You notice those beautiful yellow blooms everywhere, while ragw**d quietly releases its pollen into the breeze without attracting much attention.

Goldenrod is simply guilty by association! 💛

🌱 A little reminder from your herbalist: Just because a plant grows wild doesn’t mean it’s a w**d without purpose. Sometimes the plants we overlook are some of nature’s most fascinating gifts.

Next time you see those golden blooms swaying in the breeze, take a closer look. You might just be looking at one of autumn’s most misunderstood herbs!

💚 Did you grow up thinking goldenrod caused your fall allergies? Tell me in the comments!

Stay Wild. Stay Well. Stay Rooted. 🌿

*** Goldenrod can still cause reactions in some people, especially through direct contact, but its pollen is not a major airborne fall allergen like ragw**d pollen.
