We want to share an important update regarding Prairie Lodge’s next chapter.
Ecumen has entered into an agreement to transfer ownership of Prairie Lodge to River Oaks of Minnesota, with the transition anticipated to become effective August 1, subject to final approvals.
This decision was made thoughtfully and with a focus on the long-term support of residents, families, and team members. We chose River Oaks of Minnesota after careful consideration because of their values, experience, commitment to clinical excellence, and focus on compassionate care.
Our priority throughout this transition is continuity: continuity of care, services, relationships, and daily routines. Ecumen and River Oaks leaders are working closely together to support a smooth transition and to preserve what makes this community special.
