The fruit speaks for itself.
My receipts live in the transformed lives, the healed hearts, the people who found their way back to themselves after crossing paths with me.

I don’t take that lightly.
To walk in my gifts daily, to pour from a place of purpose, service, and truth — that is both an honor and a responsibility.

For all of it, I am humbled.
Deeply grateful.
And committed to continuing the work with grace, compassion, and intention. 🙏🏾✨

Tonight, after evening client sessions, I attended a community vigil for a nurse, mother, wife, and devoted church member who never returned home alive from work on 05/14/26.

As a mother of three daughters, I stood there carrying the heaviness of the moment — both as a woman and through the lens of a therapist — watching her children and husband navigate unimaginable grief on such a communal stage.

Moments like these remind us how fragile life is, how deeply community matters, and how grief does not exist in isolation. It ripples through families, workplaces, churches, and entire communities.

Sending healing, comfort, and light to all who loved her. And when the time is right, I am here to offer therapeutic support and services to those navigating loss, trauma, and the weight of collective grief. 🤍

Today 5/15/2026, for Mental Health Action Day, we’re being called to do more than post quotes, wear green, or say “check on your people.” Awareness matters — but action changes lives.

Healing lives in the small, brave moments:
• making the therapy appointment
• answering the phone when a friend calls
• setting boundaries without guilt
• resting without apologizing
• checking in on the strong friend
• speaking up instead of suffering in silence

Mental health is not a trend. It is health.
And action can look like compassion, community, honesty, advocacy, treatment, or simply deciding that you deserve support too.

Today, move one step closer to healing — for yourself or for someone else. One conversation. One resource. One act of care. That’s how we change lives.

🧠💚 From awareness to action.

We need to say this out loud: the rise in femicide is not random—it’s a pattern. A warning. A crisis.

Women are being harmed, targeted, and killed simply for existing in a world that still struggles to see them as fully safe, fully human, fully protected.

This isn’t just about statistics. It’s about daughters who don’t make it home. Friends whose laughter goes silent. Families left holding grief that doesn’t have language.

And beneath it all? Power, control, entitlement, and systems that too often look the other way until it’s too late.

Awareness is not enough. We need accountability. We need protection. We need to believe women the first time—not the last.

Check on your people. Trust your instincts. Speak up when something feels off. And don’t let this become background noise.

Because every life lost was a whole world.

April is Stress Awareness Month — and let’s be real, stress doesn’t always show up loud and obvious. Sometimes it’s the tight shoulders, the short patience, the “I’m fine” that really isn’t.

Pause. Check in with yourself. What is your body trying to say?

You don’t have to carry everything at once. Small moments of care count — a deep breath, a walk, a boundary, a conversation.

Take what you need. Release what you don’t. You deserve ease, too. 🌿

Proud to be part of this panel discussion hosted by Minnesota Women's Press with mental health providers on how we supported Minnesotans during Operation Metro Surge and critical next steps.

TALK & DO: Recovering From the Trauma of ICE Operations – What Do We Do Next?

With thousands of masked and armed federal forces now mostly out of Minnesota, the work of rebuilding financially begins — as does the healing. We talked with four mental health professionals who have played roles in addressing trauma before, during, and after the federal incursion, as part of our

First day back in the office at Peace Be Still, LLC. this new year.
So much has shifted. So much has shattered.
And still… the work calls my name.

To hold space.
To help us breathe again.
To nourish weary souls.
To practice radical acceptance in a world that keeps rewriting the rules.

Minnesota, my heart is heavy with you —
but healing doesn’t stop.
We keep showing up. 💔
